This guide shows you how to what works offline in Infynex POS. It takes a few minutes, and you can change everything later.
Before you start
You need admin or offline mode permissions in Infynex POS. Ask your account owner if you cannot see the options below.

Open Offline mode
In Infynex POS, open Offline mode from the left menu. Everything related to offline mode lives here.

Follow the guided setup
Choose "What works offline" and follow the on-screen steps. Infynex fills in sensible defaults, so you only change what you need.

Save and check
Click Save. Changes apply straight away, and every change is recorded in the activity log so you can see who did what.
