01Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using any Infynex product, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.

02Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything that happens under your account.

03Subscriptions & billing

Each Infynex product is licensed separately. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• Prices are shown per product, per month or year
• Invoices are issued at the start of each billing period
• Upgrades take effect right away

04Acceptable use

Do not misuse our products. That includes breaking the law, attacking our systems, or sending spam through Infynex.

05Your data

You own your data. We only process it to provide the products you use, as described in our Privacy Policy.

06Service availability

We aim for 99.99% uptime and publish planned maintenance in advance. Service credits apply under our SLA.

07Ending the agreement

You can cancel anytime. You will be able to export your data for 30 days after cancellation.

08Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
