This guide shows you how to refunds and exchanges in Infynex POS. It takes a few minutes, and you can change everything later.
Before you start
You need admin or checkout & sales permissions in Infynex POS. Ask your account owner if you cannot see the options below.

Open Checkout & sales
In Infynex POS, open Checkout & sales from the left menu. Everything related to checkout & sales lives here.

Follow the guided setup
Choose "Refunds and exchanges" and follow the on-screen steps. Infynex fills in sensible defaults, so you only change what you need.

Save and check
Click Save. Changes apply straight away, and every change is recorded in the activity log so you can see who did what.
