This guide shows you how to add customers at checkout in Infynex POS. It takes a few minutes, and you can change everything later.
Before you start
You need admin or loyalty & customers permissions in Infynex POS. Ask your account owner if you cannot see the options below.

Open Loyalty & customers
In Infynex POS, open Loyalty & customers from the left menu. Everything related to loyalty & customers lives here.

Follow the guided setup
Choose "Add customers at checkout" and follow the on-screen steps. Infynex fills in sensible defaults, so you only change what you need.

Save and check
Click Save. Changes apply straight away, and every change is recorded in the activity log so you can see who did what.
