This guide shows you how to start a review cycle in Infynex HRIS. It takes a few minutes, and you can change everything later.
Before you start
You need admin or reviews & goals permissions in Infynex HRIS. Ask your account owner if you cannot see the options below.

Open Reviews & goals
In Infynex HRIS, open Reviews & goals from the left menu. Everything related to reviews & goals lives here.

Follow the guided setup
Choose "Start a review cycle" and follow the on-screen steps. Infynex fills in sensible defaults, so you only change what you need.

Save and check
Click Save. Changes apply straight away, and every change is recorded in the activity log so you can see who did what.
