This guide shows you how to collect documents before day one in Infynex HRIS. It takes a few minutes, and you can change everything later.
Before you start
You need admin or onboarding permissions in Infynex HRIS. Ask your account owner if you cannot see the options below.

Open Onboarding
In Infynex HRIS, open Onboarding from the left menu. Everything related to onboarding lives here.

Follow the guided setup
Choose "Collect documents before day one" and follow the on-screen steps. Infynex fills in sensible defaults, so you only change what you need.

Save and check
Click Save. Changes apply straight away, and every change is recorded in the activity log so you can see who did what.
