This guide shows you how to save a search in Infynex DMS. It takes a few minutes, and you can change everything later.
Before you start
You need admin or search permissions in Infynex DMS. Ask your account owner if you cannot see the options below.

Open Search
In Infynex DMS, open Search from the left menu. Everything related to search lives here.

Follow the guided setup
Choose "Save a search" and follow the on-screen steps. Infynex fills in sensible defaults, so you only change what you need.

Save and check
Click Save. Changes apply straight away, and every change is recorded in the activity log so you can see who did what.
