This guide shows you how to build an approval workflow in Infynex DMS. It takes a few minutes, and you can change everything later.
Before you start
You need admin or approvals permissions in Infynex DMS. Ask your account owner if you cannot see the options below.

Open Approvals
In Infynex DMS, open Approvals from the left menu. Everything related to approvals lives here.

Follow the guided setup
Choose "Build an approval workflow" and follow the on-screen steps. Infynex fills in sensible defaults, so you only change what you need.

Save and check
Click Save. Changes apply straight away, and every change is recorded in the activity log so you can see who did what.
