This guide shows you how to data import and export in Infynex CRM. It takes a few minutes, and you can change everything later.
Before you start
You need admin or settings & admin permissions in Infynex CRM. Ask your account owner if you cannot see the options below.

Open Settings & admin
In Infynex CRM, open Settings & admin from the left menu. Everything related to settings & admin lives here.

Follow the guided setup
Choose "Data import and export" and follow the on-screen steps. Infynex fills in sensible defaults, so you only change what you need.

Save and check
Click Save. Changes apply straight away, and every change is recorded in the activity log so you can see who did what.
