This guide shows you how to build your first pipeline in Infynex CRM. It takes a few minutes, and you can change everything later.
Before you start
You need admin or pipelines & deals permissions in Infynex CRM. Ask your account owner if you cannot see the options below.

Open Pipelines & deals
In Infynex CRM, open Pipelines & deals from the left menu. Everything related to pipelines & deals lives here.

Follow the guided setup
Choose "Build your first pipeline" and follow the on-screen steps. Infynex fills in sensible defaults, so you only change what you need.

Save and check
Click Save. Changes apply straight away, and every change is recorded in the activity log so you can see who did what.
