About the role

When a company moves its documents to Infynex DMS, you make sure it goes smoothly. You will plan migrations, set up workflows and train teams so they are confident from day one.

What you will do

  • Lead new customers through setup, migration and go-live
  • Design folder structures, permissions and approval workflows
  • Run training sessions for admins and everyday users
  • Share customer feedback with the DMS product team

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years in implementation, onboarding or consulting for SaaS
  • Strong project management and organisation skills
  • Confident presenting to both technical and non-technical teams
  • Bonus: experience with document management or compliance tools
